Sawing

Sawing of pipes to Ø 530 mm to length.

Burning

Customised burning of pipes to Ø 1220 mm.

Processing

Blasting and/or red-leading.

Coating with Sigma DTM

Welding

The production of tubular poles, possibly fitted with lifting eyes and footplates.

Flaring

The flaring of pipe ends (stretching of pipe ends so that the same diameter of pipe can be inserted into the previous pipe) for extrusion and foundation techniques.

From Ø 76.1 mm to Ø 406.4 mm, maximum wall thickness 10 mm.

Standard lengths: 2.0 m, 2.5 m and 3.0 m. However, we can flare any desired length.
